* If you choose a yearly payment package the following applies: During the first 30 days after start, the user has the right to withdraw from the contract after appropriate notification. What happens if I exceed my download limit?
No worries, we won’t turn your podcast down immediately. When you exceed your download limit in one month, your podcast can still be heard.
We’ll inform you via e-mail, that you’ll need to upgrade to a higher package in the next month, if your download numbers keep that level (but hey: this is a good thing!) And if you run out of enconding minutes: You can simply add new enconding minutes at any time (4€/hour). Or you can upgrade to a higher package.
Does my content still belong to me?
Of course! We don’t check your podcast or edit anything. Your podcast stays your podcasts. And it’s always your decision where you want to share it or if you want to add comercials in it.
Are there any hidden costs?
Nope. What you see is what you get. The nice thing with the Julep hosting platform is: Our different packages only differ in download limits and enconding minutes. Other than that there are no differences and you can easily upgrade at any time.
